the free breakfast has a nice variety and is well-stocked every morning. the jets in the hot tub were not working properly.

Room was very nice - Queen suite with sofa and chair, desk, full kitchen and nice bar counter. Breakfast/snacktime lady was nice and helpful. Pool and hot tub small, but I was the only one there all but one night!

Service was a bit lacking. When I called for directions, he gave the address. Yeah, but Where is that street, gave me one other street - but at what nearby crossroad? Not helpful. No directions. Then, toilet did not work (after I got back to the room at 10pm) and it took nearly an hour to get someone up to fix. Then the morning I left, the elevator was out. I asked at the desk about a door closer to my room ( I was down a long corridor and around a corner and at the end of that hall fro the elevator) as stairs as a real problem for me. She said, there is a door by that other staircase. That's it, no offer to help with my luggage, no nothing! Went back to the office to chat

Spacious and clean room with a cozy atmosphere. The staff demonstrated really good friendliness, particularly during the breakfast rush, everything was stocked, including homemade sweets that were a good treat. Noise from the hallway was disruptive at times, and the breakfast offerings lacked variety. Limited dining options nearby could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

I like Residence Inn Holland because the hotels are very clean, staff are friendly and helpful. They have laundry on-site.

Clean room, friendly staff, with great amenities like a fitness center and indoor swimming pool, all within a short drive from the airport and local attractions.

Whole place was exceptionally clean with nice views; peaceful and excellent location in a very visible area. Healthy breakfast with a huge variety of food, well priced.

I had well priced room with the kitchenette. The breakfast was healthy and warm and offered a lot of options. The employees were excellent and extremely friendly all the time.

Renovated Comfort with Room for Improvement

The spacious room offered great amenities, and staff were cute. The breakfast had a nice variety, but the pool area was a highlight for the kids.

The Queen Studio with Sofa Bed was spacious, but maintenance interruptions were inconvenient.

Even with a couple of minor cleanliness issues, the staff proved accommodating. I'd gladly return to explore more of Holland!

The staff was super friendly and helpful I loved the spacious suite with a full kitchen , made it easy to prepare meals. The kids had a blast at the pool and basketball area.
